making new freinds-tunbridge wells

hi any suggestions; im newly in a village; no car and some country buses / trains. am looking to find a group in tunbridge my little girl is 8 months old and i want to find a group to join regularly to meet more mums on weekdays..

any other sugesstions to kake new freinds?
