My partner left 5 weeks ago. (We were having problems and were discussing ending the relationship) He left my father to tell me he'd moved out (while I was visiting relatives) and his sister in law told me he wasn't coming back. A few weeks later he sent a text that can only be described as a suicide note. The police were called, he has since been seen by social services and is receiving some psyhciatric help (I believe). I have been told that he doesn't want to see me, talk to me or even be in the same building as me - it's all my fault, etc and here I am, left with two children under four to look after, a house to run and a full time job to maintain. His sister in law is being vile to me, he has seen the children once in the last 4 weeks (with some close friends present to ensure he was ok). I am not allowed to know anything about his condition or contact him in any way unless he contacts me. I feel awful and am at a complete loss as to where to turn for help.
