Have fallen out with my Mum and can't talk to her

Won't go into why, too long (FWIW - issues over money, deep routed family stuff rearing it's head, little thing got blown out of proportion), just feel like she has interferred too much and told me off like a scolded child. I have apologised to her, but she has not to me.

I was angry and want her to see it from my point of view, but she is trying to brush it all under the carpet.

I am much calmer now but still feel that I can't talk to her about it.

We have never fallen out. I want her to understand me. Is this ever possible?

Can you try writing a letter or an email - that way you won't get pulled into any arguments and you will be less emotional?
