Any tips welcome please!!!

I've had a really rough time lately, PND, let down by people I thought would be friends fo life. (no longer part of my life anymore, but live close by)

Anyway trying really hard to move on, forget about passed events. But no matter how hard I try my head is buzzing.

Really want to leave the past behind and I know it can only continue hurting me if I let but just don't know how!!!

How do other people out there move on so quickly!!!

A little more information please...

Sorry that you're suffering PND, is there no one that can help you with this? Family, friend, partner?

What is it you're trying to leave behind? this friend? What did they do that meant that you cannot reconcile with them?

Without knowing more information, its hard to comment, but sometimes moving on is the right thing to do, but othertimes, the reason you can't move on is because deep in your heart, you have to talk things through with that other person.

Sorry I can't be more helpful, I will attempt to with a little more info.
