lonely day!

Anyone else out there feeling lonely today? Will be glad when the school hols have finished!!

I'm not feeling lonely, but you obviously are, so "hello!". I don't quite get the connection between school holidays and loneliness. Why do you feel lacking in company?

HELLO ladybee, I suppose it comes down to not having the structure of the day/ week in the hols!!

Don't get me wrong I can honestly say this is the first day I have felt like this!!

I am : ( My dc are with their Dad (my ex) and my dp is at work until late this evening. I'm normally quite happy with my own company but not today! How are you packbell?

I'm not sure, should be buzzing we going on are hols on friday!!, but today just feel lonely and fed up, kids seem fine so thats good. Not got much planned this week with going on hols so that s probably it!

I think it's get's me down too that I have friends but it's me always making the effort to meet up, don't want to come across needy but sometimes I crave adult company!!

Its the lack of adult company thats getting to you by the sound of things? I'm someone who's not particularly good at making plans with people, so don't be put off approaching your friends, maybe they are hopeless like me?!
I'm feeling ok now, just missing my dc, they usually see their Dad every other weekend, so being on my own while they are away is something new to me. I have little to complain about, my dp will be round soon and I know only to well what its like to face evenings on your own. I'm just having a grumpy afternoon!
