as I'm so damn angry with ex. I thought I had changed all my passwords since leaving but no....forgot an old email which enabled him to change my facebook password and try to snoop on what I've been doing the past few weeks since leaving him.
I have to be up for work in an hour and he has been calling and calling my mobile and the landline as he is drunk and obviously wants to force me to answer or he'll wake the rest of the house up (kids etc)
I can't go back to sleep now as i'm so bloody angry, wonder why we're not tongether anymore....Angry

Unplug the landline and turn off your mobile. He wants a reaction, don't give it to him.
Try and get some sleep, like you said he is an ex for a reason and its not fair on you to lose sleep over this. (FWIW I would be FUMING if someone did this to me too)

yeah you're right,i would switch the mobile off but i need it for the alarm as I don't have an alternative one at the moment....when I was with him he would frequently go through my computer, check up on facebook, mumsnet etc Everything I did on the computer I used to think 'how will xxxx see this' trying to decide whether he would be able to find a reason to be angry about it.Particularly posting on mn,it wouldn't matter how much name chamging I did,he would find out.If I did name change he would want to know why..gaahhhh! Just feel like i'm being watched again its so infuriating

Can you turn the phone profile to silent? shouldn't sffect the alarm but should give you some peace.
I totally understand you needing to vent though. As for the Facebook thing I think you can completely delete your profile, probably worth doing now he has hacked into it, you can always re-activate it with a brand new email address sometime in the future. HTH.

Thats a good idea,i'll have a look at it now, its quite hard to delete it completely so i've heard so I want to make sure i do it right.Thank you Smile
