Why do grown ups act like children?

I'm in a situation at the moment where this mum at school is totally ignoring me, we attend some toddler groups together and she does the same there too. I sure it will be something trivia that as got her back up again as I've had run ins with her before.

we were just starting to be on speaking terms again (THE PLESANTRIES) but now all I get is the cold shoulder.

Finding the situation uncomfortable when others are around, I try to be pleasant but I get blanked in return.

Curiosity is getting to me now 'whats her problem' should I ask her right out or leave it. I don't want anything from this person only politeness!!

i would either ask her if you really want to know, or cut your losses and just not bother.

there is a parent at ds1's school who clearly doesn't like me and i have absolutely no idea why.
so i just avoid him. don't stand near him, don't talk to him... and it's fine

you don't have to be friends with her

Do you really want someone so fickle as your friend any way? Don't acknowledge her, but be civil if she speaks to you. Some people just aren't worth the effort.

honestly, friendship is not supposed to be this hard work.

Ignore her. Literally. She is not on your radar.

Raise your game. It's her problem and she is the one that is missing out!

She is jealous. You don't need people like that in your circle of friends.
