Walked away from him and all my hopes and dreams for us.

Feel like throwing myself under a train. (dont worry never would, have DS and all that)

Now just to get through this next part.

Congratulations and commiserations. It must be agony at the moment, but it's better to feel like throwing yourself under a train for a short while than to live under one for the rest of your life.

You can still dream, you know; it's just that the dreams will be a different shape now. The world is full of human beings and the one you've left really isn't that significant in the scheme of things. He was taking up space where a good one should be.
