My h left 5 months ago for someone else although has always denied ow but she miracupously appeared right after. He moved in with her after about 2 months and we were married for 20 years.

I can't cope with them playing happy families with my kids. It is breaking my heart. Every time he has contact she has to be there. I ahte it

I know its hard, and a horrible shock after all these years pineapplecube. The thing is, the ow is not really the shit here, ok she is no angel, geting involved with a married man, but she didnt break your marriage vows, he did.

If the kids go there and dont mind her, try to not let them see how it hurts you, as they will feel confused and torn. Its galling though that he seems to be playing happy families straight away with new woman, new place and expects the kids to fall into line.

How are the kids handling this situation?

That sounds incredibly tough. Can you ask that he sees them without her being there too? It seems really early to have introduced a new partner - for them it is a huge change to adapt to that you are not together let alone there is someone else

can you talk to him about it?

pineapplecube · 15/07/2010 22:45

I tried talking and saying it was too soon and his reply was "The sooner the better as far as i am concerned"

He has been a cold callous shit basically since he left me. You would think I were the one who left him the way he is so vile and bitter towards me.

Hi very sorry to here this,

I think that loves2walk is right its too early to bring another woman in to the children's lifes right now.

I know that when I first met my husband we used to see each other when he did not have his children with him so that he could talk to them about it first before I first met them.

Might I add that I was not the other woman, I met him after he split from his ex.

Hope your children are ok and you are hanging on in there.

I'm so sorry Pineapplecube.. he has to be nasty to you so he can paint you as the bad guy as a way to make himself feel less guilty.

Bastard
