radio five new morning line up -what do you think?

not sure - think its turned it into jeremy kyle on radio now..without sheila , there is no one to rein in nicky's twat tendency and victoria derbyshire is some kind of idiot magnet (wtf did she talk about before the credit crunch?)

I'm really disappointed - I thought that it would be good if Shiela had some time without Nicky, but it has made me realize that she needs his twat tendency to bring out the best in her. And as for the Helen Blaby show - hmmmm, the less said the better!

Do you think Nicky Campbell threatened to throw his toys out the pram if he wasn't given a chat hour for himself? My first thought when i heard of the new line up was that he probably heard Victoria Derbyshire and though i can do better.

possibly port..but I think he wouldn't be alone in thikning that (and to be fair he is better but only in a would you rather die by fire or drowning type way)

Agree re helen blaby..its enough to set me off about whoever thought it was a good idea to give airtime to that lindsey hipgrave woman at the weekend for anything other than the traffic...

I'm v happy Victoria Derbyshire has had her show cut down, she really gets on my nerves. All she talked about before the credit crunch was racism or bullying!! AND why move Simon Mayo from PMQ's, he did it so much better than Derbyshire!

Can't listen to VD any more - it's all too depressing, yet banal at the same time.

I've not heard Nicky on his own yet, because I'm travelling to work between 9 and 10, but I do love Nicky and Sheila together.

Where has Aasmah Mir(sp?) gone? Has she been moved somewhere else?

Very keen on Simon Mayo.

I think Aasmah Mir (sp?) should be given her own show (ideally Victoria Derbyshire's), instead of being moved round the schedules to stand in for others. Don't know what they were thinking of giving Nicky Campbell an hour of phone in. It totally takes the wind out of VD's sails. Am a big fan of Shelagh Fogarty though. And Richard Bacon. Where is he this week?
