Why is she so patronising to callers?
Such an obnoxious presenting style.

I came on looking to see if anyone had posted about today's programme.

I can't remember which caller it was, about the Stockport killings, but her irritation with him was obvious.

And she stated that people were more confident in reporting crimes to the police nowadays. I'd be genuinely interested to know where she got that information from.

And that bit where she spoke right over the man about not wearing her glasses. FFS.

I don't normally listen when she's presenting it, my blood pressure can't cope.

To be fair to her (and I'm not a fan, not at all), some people do waste an enormous amount of time when they get on. She warns them, "I need you to be concise please" and off they go.... "Well, when I sent the email, which I sent because in 1958 my aunt told me that....."

I couldn't do it!

I get that @whyhere , some people aren't great at getting or sticking to the point but she wastes just as much time with her umming and ahhing asking them to stop wasting time.
