So EP talked effusively about how wonderful Comic Relief is. All very lovely. And then they would obviously choose to follow it with one of the many uplifting songs available in the musical theatre genre about working together/helping others/making the world a better place etc etc.
Oh wait no, somebody decided that the most appropriate song to play immediately afterwards was one about a celebrity embezzling charity funds while being lauded for her good deeds.
('The money kept rolling out' from Evita -lyrics available on all good search engines).
Whatever anyone's views on the pros and cons of Comic Relief and similar I'm baffled that this was allowed to happen on national radio...
(As a secondary complaint I have now had the song in my head ever since).
