I've only just started listening to this podcast - loads of episodes! Great mix of true crime and crime fiction. I prefer the documentary type to the conversation type of podcast so it's great for me.

I've been listening to this for ages. It's very focused on "golden age" crime novels, with some background on real crime of the day. If you are looking for true crime or more up to date stuff then it's not the right place. And it's not all female writers or criminals despite the name.

I love it. I like the way that each podcast stands alone, so you can listen to them in any order.

I've been looking for something new, thanks for the recommendation. I do hate the BBC sound app though

You can definitely get Shedinnit on other podcast apps

I'm a huge fan of Shedunnit and Golden Age crime. I started listening during Covid.

I've always been a reader of detective fiction from that era. I love Christie and Allingham and was always trying to find similar authors from the Golden Age. Shedunnit has totally opened up the genre to me, there are so many good lesser known authors.

I love the episodes where Caroline talks about real life cases from that time.

I highly recommend it.

I love it - makes my favourites easier to find anyway- apart from that you have to watch when the listening time expires. I didn't get to the end of They Do it With Mirrors recently as they took it off when I was part way through.

To be replaced by a very dated PD James - Cover Her Face. Not fond.

Haven't listened to the actual Shedunnit bits.
