Hi guys, I’m very interested in finding out what people prefer In terms of podcast episode length. My husband likes a long podcast episode, upwards of an hour. I prefer 20-30 minutes (as a listener). Do you have a preference? Does a podcast episodes length turn you away from listening if it is too short or too long?
Our episode lengths vary from 20 to 45 mins, except when we interviewed China Black which went just over the hour. Do you care if the episode length is not consistent from one week to the next? We’ve tried to gain insight from the stats but it’s not painting the picture for us, the numbers don’t seem to vary too much but because we do a different story each week, we can’t see if they are repeat listeners or have come on board for a particular person they like.
