Looking for some new podcasts. Love history and already do The Rest is History.

Would like something aimed at 40 ish women - never quite got Fortunately.

Not a fan of crime

Quite like Mel Robbins but find it a little bit "I made loads of money doing a podcast and motivating people and you can too".

Any good ones people are enjoying right now?

Here's some of the podcasts I've enjoyed. I listen when I clean, to keep me focused. I find lots on BBC Sounds.

BBC Sounds:
Shreds:Murder in the Dock
Injustice of the hanged man
Mabinogi
Lives less ordinary
Life changing
My moment in history - the Falklands story.
Hillsborough the full story.
Aberfan Tip number 7

This was good, about the hostages in the 1991 gulf war.
Flight 149

Have you got any recommendations for me please!

@flowerycurtain me and DS recently listened to Love Bombed in the BBC Sounds app on a very long trip.

If you like Alan Carr try Life's a Beach.

I listened to Magpie on BBC Sounds yesterday, which I enjoyed. And The Maid.

I am not a monster - Shamima Begum
Room 5
Factory Girls
My Sister The Serial Killer
Tracks

I listen to lots, helps me focus on what I need to do at home (cooking, cleaning, gardening etc)

This Jungian Life

The Witch Trials of JK Rowling

Standard Issue is totally Female orientated ( apart from when they occasionally discuss films) and is really nice to have interesting and intelligent content that covers a range of subjects - including women's sport.

I also love history podcasts.
'A Short history of' is amazing.
'Real outlaws' is also great if you're interested in the wild west like I am.
Then there's your real people kinda podcasts, like.....
'Beautiful annonymous'...this is just one of the best podcast ever in my opinion and will.have you laugh and cry in equal measures.
'This is love ' is great too
