If you're in your 50s which Radio Stations do you listen to?

Inspired by another thread in here, which stations do you listen to?

I tend to listen to a mixture of R4/R2/6music and a bit of Absolute 90s but always open to trying a new station I listen to a lot of radio

Absolute or Kerrang.

I'm in my 60's ( hopefully I can play?)

Especially love Mary Anne Hobbs , Amy Lamé, Craig Charles and Gilles Petersen

Radio Wales in the evening with Janice long, Sunday evening excellent music programme which is folk and other bit and pieces, R6 often, odd bit of R2 and R1, and sometimes R Pembrokeshire in the car

Mostly 6 music. Occasional absolute 80s (Ds1 has it on his bedroom radio 24/7!) or radio 3 if Mary-Ann is annoying me with 11am techno.

2, 4,5,6
Scala radio
Virgin Breakfast, Virgin Chilled, Virgin Anthems (actudlly, that is more on the DC’s request in the car)
Absolute 80s and 90s
Planet Rock sometimes

Sometimes our very local Penistone FM!

Im 52.

R3 for the breakfast show and Private Passions
6 music for after work or for Cerys Matthews or Craig Charles
R2 for running errands in the car or Liza Tarbuck or other bits at the weekend
Jack FM commercial when ds and I need to agree on the radio
R4 via BBC Sounds for documentaries like Archive on 4 or news digests

Not quite 50 but Radio X in this household (where there is a 51 year old!)

Times radio in the morning
Absolute radio rest of the time

Anything but Steve Wright in the afternoon

Friday night - Radio X or Absolute for the rock show
Saturdays - Radio 2
Sundays - Absolute 80's for the chart from 4-9pm

Rest of the week Radio X

Radio 4. But that's got nothing to do with my age, I was listening to Radio 4 at university

I was listening to R4 at universtiy

But now I listen to Times Radio in the morning - Aasmah Mir decamped there and makes me smile in the mornings.

Today was making me feel depressed, and R2 has never found an adequate replacement for Terry ❤

Can’t beat LBC for talk and Greatest Hits for music[.

James O'Brien on LBC in the morning, Gold Fm for working on the farm.

Radio x, Absolute and occasionally Heart or Smooth

50 next year and just discovered Radio X - love it!

In Ireland RTE gold.

Radio 2 until 2.00 weekdays, then The Archers/ play on radio 4
Other way around at weekend, because i love Liza Tarbuck, Johnny Walkers 'sound of the 70s' and Paul O Grady!

Absolute radio

Radio 6 only really. I used to listen to R4 a lot too but it doesn't fit with my schedule any more.

BBC 4, BBC World Service quite a lot, no end of podcasts on the BBC Sounds app, BBC Radio 5, 3 and some classic FM. On my Internet radio I keep trying different stations but Soundstorm is the main one.
