Just listened to The Harrowing and loved it. Are there any other creepy podcasts I should try?
I did enjoy the Battersea Poltergeist but would prefer fiction.

I listen to Real Life Ghost Stories. It is a podcast by a married couple, man is British and woman is Irish. It is brilliant. They review a horror film at the beginning of each ep and then go into scary/ spooky stories. Then talk about their thoughts about the stories

Bit late to the party here but the No Sleep podcast is good.

The Hotel on BBC Sounds was very creepy. It's not a podcast as such, more a radio drama but very spooky. Each episode tells part of a haunted hotel's past from hundreds of years ago up until the present.

Also late to the party but Yvette Fielding from Most Haunted has just started doing a paranormal podcast every Thursday. Last weeks (1st episode) was definitely worth a listen.

'Listening to the Dead' by Katie Himms is excellent. (Also on iPlayer)

Scared to death is quite good too. But I have failed to find a spooky podcast that really scares me...

New series on Sounds by same guy that made The Battersea Poltergeist. It’s called Uncanny. Three episodes so far and I’ve enjoyed them all. They’ve asked listeners to contact them with their theories about the cases and I’m looking forward to hearing those.

Try "The White Vault" supernatural spookiness In the scandi Arctic circle!

MalbecMakesMeHappy · 17/01/2022 21:48

Tanis and Rabbits are great, as are the Black Tapes and the Antique Shop for spooky fiction.

Another vote for real life ghost stories, scared to death and another Danny Robbins one called Haunted.

I had listened to the no sleep podcast, it's really entertaining!

CousinKrispy · 11/11/2022 12:01

Try The Sink, new BBC podcast comedy/horror that is kind of a parody of sleep podcasts. I though it had a bit of an Inside No. 9 feel. I need to go back and listen again now that I've made it to the end as it's very surreal!
