I love Jo Whiley so I wouldn't want him to replace her. There are lots more he could replace first though although they absolutely need to replace one of their daytime presenters (preferably Steve wright in my opinion) with someone who is not white.

I loved him on R2 as well (but I also love Jo Wiley).

Would love him to get his own show!

To be fair he does say Um a lot. I find him very sweet and calming. I like Jo though, so he can't have her slot.
