Know little about him but my word, he's had a lot to content with from his family background. The break in his voice when he said he once came to the point of hating his dad for his heroin addiction really got to me. Good on him. I might even join in the YouTube sessions one of these days.

I caught a fair bit of the episode. My daughter is a bit too sporty to do that sort of workout (and just gets on with her training after a gentle nag), but he must have been a absolute hero for parents with younger children.

I imagine I have very little in common with him, but he seemed a genuinely lovely guy. I hope he gets some sort of recognition in the honours list.

I also liked the bit about George Ezra's mum!

is he the same fitness guy who everyone has been watching since lockdown lol, where did you watch this epsiode?

I was surprised how much I enjoyed this. I always thought he was a bit of an empty vessel - but actually he was interesting and insightful so shame on me for prejudging.

Also enjoyed the Martin Lewis one this week.

He's so positive. Love him. Like a wholesome, humble Russell Brand. Loved the bit where he mentioned the back-story with his wife.
