All views on The Archers welcome here! New blood welcomed. We don't all agree on all points and most of us are posting tongue in cheek a lot of the time, so don't worry about revealing that you'd like Alf to stay around, or other unusual views.

Thanks to @DoctorTwo for the thread title! I was strongly tempted by R4's suggestion of Wildlife on Four: Jonneh is wild at Lily, Phoebe rewilds by Occam, Joy is in the wilderness and David is bewildered by a marriage proposal.

So we did make it past Joe's funeral at last. Are we heading for a Christmas octogenarian wedding now?

Probably depends on your own talents as what would be hardest. For some people, subjects like maths will be easy compared with a foreign language or English Lit, whereas for others, the opposite would be true. I assume PPE is at least heavy in terms of amount of what you have to cover., and I would assume it gets a lot of applicants.

Yes, there was a definite suppressed anger in Lee's voice that argues he still has feelings for Helen.

I don't think there is a Leanne.

I wish Lee had a better voice. I find it difficult to care whether Helen develops a relationship with him - because he sounds like a chipmunk.

He doesn't sound like a chipmunk.

Leanne sounds improbable with Lee.

Good for Lee (presuming Leanne does exist, ridiculous names for a couple, mind). Helen wanted to stand him up at the last minute, he deserves so much better than her. Just get some bloody therapy and sort yourself out!!

Lee told Helen he is dating again, has met a nurse called Leanne and was just going to meet her. That's not a silly mix-up. It's either true or a lie said to get his own back.

I think Lee was brilliant. Helen treated him like shit. I know she’s had a hideous time- but even so....
