Loving Richie, the travel presenter on a Radio 2

Anyone else loving the travel reports on BBC radio 2, by Richie? They are enthusiastic and entertaining (and informative).

He's brilliant - better than the insipid female they had for a while. Was her name Lorna? I quite liked the Irish girl, too.

I love hearing a different accent on there. He's so Brummie! He's shaping up to be a worthy successor to Lynn Bowles.

I can't stand him, and have reluctantly stopped listening altogether. He's so smug and self-satisfied.

I've decided I've had enough of Zoe Ball. I'm just not engaged. There's just nothing coming across from her.

He's awful!

All he says is 'so-and-so's bin on and says Richie, I've been stuck in this queue for xx hours, what's going on?' - on a bloody loop

I'm all for regional accents and am a Brummy myself but I'm actually starting to hate him.

I like him He has a wit to rival ken Bruce
And a sexy voice

Have we been listening to the same guy?
