Storytelling podcasts?

I've really enjoyed Myths And Legends and Fictional, and I'm wondering if anyone can recommend other podcasts, in similar vein, but not necessarily exactly the same? I've seen some while browsing about mythology for example, but I might be a little mythologied out for a bit - although any recommendations welcome!

LeVar Burton reads is supposed to be good but I haven't got round to trying it yet. Classic Tales Podcast also has good reviews.

I keep meaning to download some stories from both of these, but I now have so many podcasts that I subscribe to that I can't keep up with them.

Thanks, I'll bookmark them and have a listen.

Astonishing Legends!

Ashtonishing Legends is great @tobee :) I'm pretty sceptical, but that doesn't get in the way of enjoying it all. The Halloween ones have been pretty spooky in the past, so looking forward to what they'll do this year!

Lore is excellent. Myths and legends from around the world, but told as stories.

For storytelling you could try History Storytime. We’ve been listening to it recently. It’s really aimed at children and for them to listen to with parents. So storytelling meets education. History stories told by a DD and DH. You’ll know some of the stories. But others are pretty niche so something different. Good music, songs and sound effects too.

We also listen to History Hit (good for adults) and our little one listens to Bedtime History (a bit American in tone).

For anyone who enjoys Lore, I recommend his other podcasts, too.

Aaron Mahnke's Cabinet Of Curiosities - it's very similar style to Lore, but the episodes are usually under 10 minutes, and are just short little stories about curious things. Very good listening, if you don't have the time to get into something long.

Unobscured is the opposite, really, as it's very indepth. The intention is to deal with a particular event/thing over the course of a season. It's only in its first season, which is all about the Salem witch trials.
