R4 heroin on prescription

Dd1 has an essay to write on the ethics of prescribing heroin. I KNOW I heard something on R4 in the past couple of weeks (probably during my afternoon drive home) but can't find it through Google. Does it ring a bell with anyone? They were discussing pros and cons of a doctor who was prescribing it and his practice is now closed? May have been Brighton?

Long shot I know but I thought I'd ask! Thanks.

There was a series on IPM recently when a mother had contacted the programme because she had found herself in a position where she had had to buy heroin for her daughter because they couldn't find a dr willing or able to prescribe methadone. There were pieces from the perspective of the mother, father, daughter and drugs services. The link above is to the drugs services one which I think talks about prescribing methadone.
