Ho ho ho! Will this thread last until Christmas?

OP posts:
TheAntiBoop · 08/12/2016 21:08

Flavoured gin on the apprentice - guess this is where we see the Toby alikes!!

JigglyTuff · 08/12/2016 21:18

Oh bloody hell TheAnti. For some reason, I hadn't even considered that Pip might become a central character! Perhaps they'll give us another actor as she ages

Why are they portraying Anisha as quite so unsympathetic I wonder? There will be A Reason

Glad BH has reverted to being two bedrooms. Do you think they even realise that they do that?

MrsArthurShappey · 08/12/2016 21:45

jiggly well, SOC said Pip was the future of Brookfield or The Archers, or something, but of course he's gone now. I hope the new editor sees the error of SOCs ways.

MrsArthurShappey · 08/12/2016 21:45

Oh, and fanks for the fred pseudo

Gherkinsmummy · 08/12/2016 21:47

The winning team got £70,000 of orders for their flavoured gin. I know it's imaginary but does show that there's a market

Imbroglio · 08/12/2016 21:50

My guess is that Pip will kiss a few frogs before finding The One. Probably some lovely man found by Tom on his Nuffield scholarship.

But I prefer the scenario that Pip and Josh go rogue and Ben inherits Brookfield and turns it into a survivalist commune.

TheAntiBoop · 08/12/2016 21:51

I don't think I can bear hearing about pip and her frogs

LassWiTheDelicateAir · 08/12/2016 21:52

Can someone remind me why Roooof was in New Zealand last Christmas?(and why didn't she stay there)

TheAntiBoop · 08/12/2016 21:57

Because we are really unlucky

TheMortificadosDragon · 08/12/2016 22:19

Because road, northumberland, toy farm, not northumberland, heatherpet dead in service station, pip and david deciding farm stuff without her...did I forget anything?

ElizabethHoney · 08/12/2016 22:22

Just seen the title of tonight's "The Apprentice": Gin

I can so imagine Tobeee on that programme.

TheMortificadosDragon · 08/12/2016 22:27

Seriously pissed off by david rolling over like that and pip then manipulating him further.

Poor old Alan, hopefully he'll warn Helen and co about Rob's plans. Does he have to make inappropriate contact with either boy or her before she can get a restraining order?

Shallishanti · 08/12/2016 23:24

he should phone the school asap

LowDudgeon · 08/12/2016 23:28

I reckon Rob is going to do something timewarpy in BHC & attack Anisha.

That or kick off at the St Stephens nativity.

LowDudgeon · 08/12/2016 23:31

&, much against my better judgment, I actually warmed to Toby tonight. He was more polite than Jill deserved & the cannabis bit was really funny Grin

LassWiTheDelicateAir · 08/12/2016 23:32

Acting out of character and being rude and a bit oblivious of the effects it has is a sign of early stages of dementia

I am guessing this might be driving Jill's extreme behaviour and obsession with the distant past?

Jill is the voice of sanity at Broomfield. Being rude to and about Toby is not a sign of declining faculties !

LassWiTheDelicateAir · 08/12/2016 23:34

Do you think so Low ? I thought he was really rude and dismissive.

Pip is an idiot- why does being a tenant in a cottage entitle him to use any other part of the farm and farm equipment?

TheAntiBoop · 08/12/2016 23:35

I thought Toby's delivery was unpleasant. That's not the way you talk to a granny - even if she's being rude to you!

He has no charm to him at all and sleazed his way into pips pants. I don't see why everyone sees him as a charmer

If I were Jill I would leave. She forgets that after a week they will be begging her to return as they will all be about of clean undies

LowDudgeon · 08/12/2016 23:37

He was polite enough until she went too far

& she did go too far

glowfrog · 08/12/2016 23:39

Thanks for the new thread, Pseudo!

Not sure about all the poor Jill business. Yes, she does a lot for them but my feeling is that she LIKES doing all this stuff and equally being a bit of a martyr about it when it suits...

LowDudgeon · 08/12/2016 23:39

as David had seen him there using the kit, apologised for previous unpleasantness, & offered to lend a hand, where does Jill get off trying to order him out?

enochroot · 08/12/2016 23:42

Ah! Ahah!
Lately I've been thinking that no one, absolutely no one, could ever be such a pillock as Tobee but, of course, The Apprentice is full of the daft delusional critters. Now I understand.

Thank for the new thread.

TheAntiBoop · 08/12/2016 23:43

I sympathise with Jill

Her role in life has been the family doormat. I think she is starting to realise that she has no position and no one respects her or values her. She's spent her life getting her self worth from being a home maker and she has no one to do that for now that actually appreciates it. The birthday situation just highlighted how little her feelings are valued.

TheAntiBoop · 08/12/2016 23:43

But I agree that she was acting out of character tonight

LowDudgeon · 08/12/2016 23:45

The bit about Hollowtree & Grace certainly made David think WTF?

She is transferring.
