Yes Spiker, they would usually have copies of any Report from cafcass / a sw in advance of a final hearing. the Report would usually make recommendations as to what orders should be made by the court in the children's best interests. Of course sometimes what comes out in evidence changes the report writer's views or the judge can disagree with the report if there are reasons for doing so... it is for the Judge to decide after hearing evidence in the family court. (Haven't listened yet).

Risk of Rob abducting or harming Henry rather glossed over - was looking forward to the handover, at least.

Also happy with Tom & Kirsty. I think Tom has grown up a lot in the past few months. And.... they could be happy together. Tom standing Kirsty up at the altar was just a soap opera cliche, so I never found it believable.
