Can Helen revoke the fake parental right thingy she gave him over Henry now?

tararabumdeay · 11/09/2016 19:58

The Archers Victory Music. Oh come on!

ApocalypseSlough · 11/09/2016 19:58

And three minutes of credits and music!

PresidentOliviaMumsnet · 11/09/2016 19:58

WOW.
Don't know where to start....

Scorbus · 11/09/2016 19:59

That was chilling at the end

JasperDamerel · 11/09/2016 19:59

I'm slightly concerned about missing Kirsty, too.

Rob is totally the type to go on a violent spree now that he's lost.

redshoeblueshoe · 11/09/2016 19:59

For those of us who listened to that pile of manure

Henry is still covered by the previous court ruling. Stays with Rob, Bridge Farm on Sunday's. They'll have to go back to court I'd imagine.

BringMeTea · 11/09/2016 20:00

Utter bolleaux!

Salutarychoring · 11/09/2016 20:00

Surely Helen's first question would be "where's Henry?"

Stickerrocks · 11/09/2016 20:00

Custody hearing here we come. Can they take into account anything that was said in court regarding Rob?

Can we have someone with legal experience comment o Henry? Surely Rob won't be able to keep him???

JudyCoolibar · 11/09/2016 20:00

Erm. How did rob and Helen end up in the same room?

I think it was just a corridor.

chillipopcorn1 · 11/09/2016 20:00

Rob won't do anything (more than his usual dripping of poison into Henry's ear) - he's too clever and controlled for that. The real evil will be with the residency and his manipulation of H for all that. He won't be violent towards anyone

glintwithpersperation · 11/09/2016 20:01

What an amazing piece of radio.

RamsayBoltonsConscience · 11/09/2016 20:01

A parental responsibility order can be revoked by the court on an application made by any person who has parental responsibility or, with leave of the court, by the child him or herself.

This is what I want to see now. Helen shifting her arse and getting Henry away.

BurnTheBlackSuit · 11/09/2016 20:01

Why does no one care that angry angry Rob is going back home to Henry. Even Helen wasn't interested. No mention of getting Henry back.

RandomDent · 11/09/2016 20:01

I absolutely loved every second of that. Great stuff!

Northernlurker · 11/09/2016 20:01

I just sat and sobbed through the verdicts. So much of the development and delivery of this story has been shite but I desperately wanted my Helen, who has been part of my whole life listening to the archers with her dreadful cheese and her suicidal bloke and her desire to have a baby, to be ok. She may be bloody annoying but she's been through an awful thing.

fittedcupboard · 11/09/2016 20:01

I'd imagine that Tom and a few other blokes from the village will turn up at BHC and threaten to knock Rob's head off if Henry isn't returned.

PinkSquash · 11/09/2016 20:01

I would hope Helen would fight to revoke parental rights to Rob asap.

Crikeyblimey · 11/09/2016 20:01

Buggerarion! I was looking at the wrong thread!

Off to read this one but...

HENRY!!!!!

simbobs · 11/09/2016 20:02

He is a kind of hostage, surely?

JudyCoolibar · 11/09/2016 20:02

Previous court order on Henry stays in place till overturned. Rob can argue that the not guilty verdict means nothing, it only means the jury wasn't convinced beyond reasonable doubt. The burden of proof in the family court is the balance of probabilities, which is a lower threshold.
