Long time thread lurker here, but I was wondering if you more knowledgeable listeners would be able to answer a question for me.

What was Henry's CAFCASS interview for? Was it for the trial or for his residency & have we found out what was said yet? I don't know if I have missed this or it hasn't been revealed yet.

Sorry about going back a bit but the other thing that has been bugging me for ages is did we ever find out who Ed's cattle rustler was? Or was it just a bash a Grundy story line?

With Max, we now have the strangely meta situation of Max's gender being made a big deal by the scriptwriters and apparently in the media, with the weird pronoun thing and the "big reveal", sort of so they can say "it isn't a big deal! Look, they are married! A successful lesbian! And nobody has been making a thing of it except Rob Evil!" I'm not expressing myself well but seems hypocritical?

It seems pretty clear that Max always was a woman, hence the careful avoidance of pronouns.

I think the CAFCASS interview must have been in relation to the residency issue. I'm totally guessing here, but I would have thought copies need to be provided to both parents so if there was anything useful in there then maybe Anna could seek to use it in the criminal trial? But if there was something earthshaking I would hope we would have heard about it by now.

6. Pip, who passed just well enough to go to .... you're way ahead of me... and got a - yes - a 2.1

Who is Freddie to think he is too good for Borchester FE? He's had five years of small classes and well-qualified teachers, he has every advantage and he couldn't even manage to get mostly Cs in his GCSEs! Get a grip.
