I love the song and I think I will leave instructions for it to be played at my funeral. The personal stories about what the song meant to other people were so inspiring and positive.

No, I didn't but I did see the concert he (or was it supposed to be ELO?) did in Hyde Park last year, which the BBC broadcast on TV. Terrific stuff!

Soul Music is one of my favourite radio programmes. I haven't listened to this one yet, but I've just finished listening to the one on Myfanwy, a song that is very dear to my heart. I recommend you listen only if you're feeling very robust indeed.
