Podcasts - do you have them forever or do they disappear after time?

I've just downloaded the entries for the BBC R4 short story competition and on the website it gives a limit for listen again. Does this also refer to the podcasts? Thank you for any replies.

I also read the Archers thread religiously, but don't know enough to contribute. I get some of the voices muddled still, even though I've listened on and off for about 15/20 years and more regularly over the last 5/6.

Once you download a podcast,it is yours to keep as an MP3 file, so only you can delete it.
