It was the Jeremery Vine show I think and they had a really knowledgeable lady in talking about the water, how white water is full of air, how to handle tricky situations etc.
I'm trying to find more details of it as I'd like to pass on the information to my children properly.
I ant find anything in the BBC website. Any ideas please?
