Radio talk shows

I used to listen to a radio show when I was young that talked about ppls problems, I can't seem to find any shows like that now does anyone know any and when they are on plus what station

That's an interesting thought; there used to be a fair few agony aunts on the radio. Their great plus-point for the user was that you could get a conversation going and so go deeper into the problem (unlike newspapers) and still keep your anonymity.
It seems to have migrated to TV these days and is more in the style of salacious washing of dirty linen in public e.g. Jeremy Kyle.
Maybe the internet (e.g. MN's Relationships board!) is the problem. There is so much information out there that you don't need to phone-in to ask for it anymore. The internet respondents will not be experts but you do get the wisdom of crowds.

I think Radio 1 sometimes do some Agony Aunting (?late on Sundays?) but it is aimed at teenage problems.
