And I was so looking forward to this, love wild swimming but jeeeez.

Have you read Waterlog by Roger Deakin? I loved that book, came across R MacFarlanes Wilderness book in the library & found that his recollections of Mr Deakin added depth to a book I loved.

If you love wild swimming I'm sure you are probably familiar with Waterlog, if you aren't, read it immediately! :)

I personally have really enjoyed it so far.
