Admittedly I'm closer to the average age than the target age, but it does seem a shame. It's almost as if they're giving up all hope of today's children growing into radio.

It is a shame. It's a lovely show. I did find it funny that a programme aimed at children has an average listenership of sixty though.

It's a great shame. 4 extra is a great platform for kids radio. Mine listed to the big toe radio show till that got axed - DS even appeared on it!

They graduated to the other delights of 4extra - gory murders and double entendre filled comedy. An essential part of their teenage years LOL .

There was a stonking middle aged moment when DD2 aged about 12 said we were doing sherlock holmes at school and no one knew any of the real stories that Sherlock on the TV was based on, isn't that odd Mum.... I've heard them all on the radio!
