Ambridge Extra. What's going on? Update in a nutshell please.

I started listening to the Ambridge Extra's in Russia. Got as far as Brenda's first date then gave up. Now I have listened to last weeks and don't know what O have missed. Can anyone fill in the gaps of the interesting bits?

I´d like an update too. I listened to the latest AE and feel completely at sea! No helpful detailed summaries on the BBC either...
