Count Arthur Strong, anybody
not sure which way you feel about CAS.
For myself, won't listen to CAS again, as I found the deliberate misunderstandings got rather boring, after enjoying it very early on.
Have to admit similar story for Ed Reardon (snide comments from [ex/actual] landlord in his class, bit too chirpy posh girl working for his agent, and massive ego of that treble-chinned [by the sound of him] idiot [front man of the pub band] doing better than Ed on trashy films, etc), all those ideas have gone on too long, for me at least.
As for Fs, Ms and Bs - are they still including a significant amount of "product placement" with current brand names included ?
That did it for me as a listener when some cleaning product was named around 10 times in 120 seconds concerning strange smells and suggestions there were mice (distant memory, gave up then and have not listened again since)
