Anyone hear Miranda Hart on R2 this morning? Such fun!

Did love listening to her but think I would actually rather just listen to the children squabble than listen to Chris Evans in the morning.

Who was the man she was presenting with?

Oh, I need a bit of enthusiasm in the morning to get me putting one foot in front of the other!

He's grown on me, but I much preferred him on Drivetime. I'm afraid to admit I liked Terry more (though I hate his new show). Miranda was better this morning.

I agree with seeksnewname Richard Madeley is dreadful when he stands in. I don't know why I hate him so much on the radio, I just can't listen to him. i actually tuned my radio to something else last week and I've never bothered before.
Quite like Miranda and Jon but Chris Evans is best.

When I'm at home I listen to Shaun Keaveny on R6, am loving Miranda so now Shaun this week.

What's the music like on R6 in the mornings jilted? i don't mind Chris Evans, prefered T.W. though.

What I cannot stand are those awful 'sounds like 1000 other songs' boy band heavily over produced sxxt that they ALL play. i love Ken Bruce but have just had to turn him off 'cos he played one of those songs.

No boy bands on Shaun's show. Really like the music he plays actually, bit of new stuff and a bit of old like the odd indie track or classic hip hop. You should give it a try.

Jilted , Jon Holmes has a show on 6 on Saturday afternoons (not with Miranda though).

Thanks Inertia didn't know that. There again I am usually out on Saturday afternoons so don't listen to Radio 6.

Do people really bother to complain because they don't like a presenter who is covering for a week? Am truely amazed.

Chris Evans has that effect on me too these days. Usually tune in early on a Monday on my way to work, just in case he is on holiday and change stations if he's there.....

Just pressed wrong preset and yes, he's on.

Usually listen to R2 after midnight, up to 5am,and sometimes to Simon Mayo.

I don't get Miranda at all. Glad Chris is back. I just wish they would get rid of Steve Wright in the afternoon.

Chris Evans is great at teatime. The same show doesnt work at breakfast time though, Terry was great to wake up to. There is nothing like a good giggle in the morning. Miranda is not bad though.
