Damn the writer of today's episode. I was just quietly getting on with things in the kitchen, listening with half an ear to the plot, when it turns out Jack has brought Ianto back from the dead and they share a heart-wrenching scene together. I was left with tears pouring down my face as I tried to hang out the washing, just when I thought I had got used to the idea that the Jack-Ianto thing was firmly in the past.
