What have the BBC done to the i-Player ?

Once again the meddlers at the BBC have taken a good little program and make it worse. The i-Player was a neat little thing that just played what you wanted. Now it has been changed so that it takes up more of my screen with just useless information. I know what type of program it is because I have chosen it you morons. It also is getting more stuff tacked onto the front of the program you are waiting to listen too.

I totally agree.

I hate the changes they've made to the BBC news site as well. Can never find anything I want.

It just takes up a load of screen space with useless information.

It is like those tv stations that insert tiny adverts before the program has finished

Try downloading programmes with windows 7 installed...doesn't work! It's also much more messy now, I agree, step backward!

I don't like it either, difficult to find something you want if you're not sure of the title and it isn't on the main page, either.

I like the recommendations and the way you can store something in your favourites to watch/listen later (without downloading it) but that's the only good thing about it.

They've had it out in Beta for ages though, presumably they didn't listen to any feedback about it!
