Just caught up with last night's episode.
Hurrah for Kenton walking out on Kathy! I could never understand that coupling: why would such an outgoing person as Kenton put up with a misery like Kathy? Please let the 'my husband' Freudian slip be an end to the relationship.
I know that Kenton is far from perfect but Kathy is just soo annoying with her constant 'poor little me' whinings that I cannot feel any sympathy for her.

Aaargh. Kathy is so busy during the cricket doing 'poor little me' with her ex-husband's replacement wife that she didn't even see Jamie being caught out. She is so self-absorbed and unsupportive.
And when will she learn that the answer to Jamie's problems is not pizza?

I was cheering Jamie on yesterday when he told her exactly what everyone else is thinking. She just can't see that her behaviour towards Kenton is well over half of the problem.

CRAP I got out of the habit of listening and missed about a month. Did anything come out of the artichokes?! Or did the writers get a huge backhander by the artichoke growers association?

You haven't missed much, it's been boring recently.

The artichokes just fizzled out. The Bull now has a group of "supporters", Jolene seems to have cheered up a bit. Kenton moved into Lower Loxley, stayed out all night sh*gging a customer, Lizzie told Kathy, who threw him out (but he'd already moved out.)
Blah di blah... nothing interesting for weeks.

So WHY do I record it religiously every night, and listen to it after DS is in bed, as if my sanity depends on it?

I know, because it makes me feel better that other (imaginary) people live lives even more ordinary than mine.
