I play quite a few of the games, but are there any more obscure online daily games I might be missing out on?

I treated myself to a NYT games subscription, I think it was about 10 pounds for the year. My favourite on there is Strands.

FurForksSake · 12/01/2026 11:22

I think I have paid for that actually, but couldn’t get it to work! Good nudge to go and look at it again.

Do you play cemantle?

FurForksSake · 12/01/2026 13:52

I do indeed! Cemantle, pedantle, stack down, waffle something, one word search, chronophoto, globle and wordle are my current daily quizzes. I am trying to keep my brain from atrify.

I recently heard about (but haven't played) geoguessr - any good?

BIWI · 13/01/2026 16:32

I don’t have the NYT subscription, but can still access the games. I do Wordle, Strands and Connections on there every day.

Strands #681
“You need to chill”

Metrodle, Roundle - both based on the London Underground.

Mt563 · 13/01/2026 18:29

I like the LinkedIn games. Also number beast all ten. And I've started doing chess puzzles. Also quordle and nyt connections.

Quintumble, squardle and squaredle are good!

FurForksSake · 13/01/2026 19:25

Thanks! So many to do!

I also do Cemantle, sometimes Semantle, and Redactle.

And in The Guardian, Sudoku and the Codeword. No idea how I ever had time to go to work!

If you like music and finding cryptic links, crypticdj.com is quite fun for a daily puzzle.

SDTGisAnEvilWolefGenius · 07/02/2026 14:15

Have you tried Wordiply, from the Guardian, @FurForksSake?

FurForksSake · 07/02/2026 18:46

Thanks, I’ve just tried wordiply, it’s tricky!!

OP posts:
FurForksSake · 07/02/2026 18:47

I’ll be looking at the others, too.

Clues by Sam and gridogram are my latest obsessions.
