DS not feeling the BJCM lurve

Dh will actually kill me as this was supposed to be the last pushchair every - but DS really doesn't seem to like it. He's quite reclined (I know that's how they are) but he's used to having a long seat that he can get his feet up onto but this isn't deep enough so his legs just seem to dangle.

He also seems to spend his whole time trying to get out or turn around.

The seat is quite far back so it's a bit tunnel vision - wondering if it's that.

anyone else have these problems and how did you overcome them? Please don't tell me I need a bee instead - DH will kill me even more for selling the one we had (although have a pink XLR I'm nursing back to health we could use instead)

It probably is the lack of vision at a guess. :-(
The seat is comfy.
We sold ours (and a few other things) to raise the money for a bee+ , which works better with breezy canopy as Ds can see really well.
A less expensive option would be a silver cross wayfarer off ebay. Maybe £35 or so. Fold quite flat. Child can see out really well. Whole seat tilts for recline. Can be parent facing too if you want.

Maybe you need a pram that has a solid back rather than one like the BJCM?

Have you tried sitting the pram up as far as it will go.

Just saw a mama's and papa's sola on the school run. Has a solid back. Looks sturdy and good quality. Not sure on seat size, might need to look into that or try to see one in a pram shop. You should get a good resale price on the bjcm so all is not lost!
