Bugaboo Nest/Cocoon/Footmuff - Ages?

I'm a little confused about the whole bee nest and footmuff and wondered if someone can shed some light? Can you tell me how old you think the cocoon and the footmuff is appropriate for? I've just ordered a footmuff off ebay but don't want to get rid of the bee nest if it's not age appropriate (the nest is getting very snug on my baby who is nearly 5months)

you might squeeze a 4 month old in the nest length wise, but its pretty cosy width wise. The footmuff fits up to about 2.5-3 years, but doesnt have the head support and back padding for a newborn. At 5 months old, you should be OK though.
