had enough of scrubbing carpets in this bloody house. Told DH i want carpet up in their room and laminate down..trouble is he's no diy-er.

lillypie · 26/06/2010 07:36

LOL get a man in nic! (poor Tate I hope he's ok)

I got woken up with a long story than involved being under the sea with whales and something to do with dinosaurs.Yesterday when she woke up she was a swug (slug)

Maxi if you are still interested in the Rollerbug and email me at [email protected] I will give you the full sp.

Off to work in the bit,but only til 5 today and then I am off til Wednesday evening yay!!

nicolamumof3 · 26/06/2010 07:38

ooh nice break then lilly enjoy. My 'man' is back in bed.

maxybrown · 26/06/2010 07:51

Oh no Nic.......yak. I's good you can do with the house though eh? When we rented we weren't even allowed to paint the walls

Well, dry night here. He has been up 45 minutes and still not had a wee and a full cup of milk!!

He woke in the night and I went legging it in thinking he had wet the bed (doubting Thomas here) but no, must have just been a bad dream.

maxybrown · 26/06/2010 07:57

spoke too soon, ha ha. he weed on carpet a bit now but said oh oh ohohohohoh and managed to stop himself and did the majority of it in the loo so still good I suppose

lillypie · 26/06/2010 08:03

James is doing really well Maxy,it's funny how they just get it suddenly isn't it!

We only have enough coffee for one cup.I have already had one but really want another.Do I save it for Chris when he gets up or just have it myself

roastedfox · 26/06/2010 08:05

nicola are you selling the maclaren you got the other day from on the pushchair board? [hopeful expression]

5inthebackofthenet · 26/06/2010 08:11

I like the look of the M&P Voyager Nicola. But to you, I'd say get an XT. You know you'll only end up selling the M&P and getting one anyway. Hope you're feeling a bit better.

I'm really tired this morning

Well done James!

Divatheshopaholic · 26/06/2010 08:46

Morning, off to swimming for change[first time in 2010]
I did not temppted one thing from JL sale. Im being good girl, and not doing summer sales. I think dc got enough clothes. I even wondered if i return volo back, seems waste of money just sitting int he bac of the car, only used once.

Divatheshopaholic · 26/06/2010 11:41

Maxy, have seen this, there is lilac stripe, too

carrielou2007 · 26/06/2010 11:59

Morning (just)

Roasting here, off to the beach this afternoon I think.

Well done James, what a clever boy!

Nicola, hope your poor wee man is better.

Too hot to go tramping all the way to Bristol to JL sale nothing left to wash in this house it's been so lovely. Funny how it only takes a day before there is tons again

GeekOfTheWeek · 26/06/2010 17:27

Hi all,

diva, no scarf in phase eight

Really cross today. Went to trafford centre for various items that we need. Nothing in stock that i wanted Not a thing except the saint tropez that i could have got in my local boots. Hugely wasted journey.

BexieID · 26/06/2010 18:06

nicola, what Macs you have for sale? Don't think i'm gonna enjoy Moonkiss handles, although it handily fitted into a swimming locker today!

Diva, we went swimming first time in 2 years, lol. Erins first time, shes been asleep all afternoon!

nicolamumof3 · 26/06/2010 18:35

bexie have volo and xt on auction but quest is on bin would do that £80 del

roastedfox · 26/06/2010 19:30

thought i was having the xt? i mailed you back this morning

BexieID · 26/06/2010 20:28

Love the sunflower Volo but don't think be good for Erin atm. Quest is a bit out of price range as would need to sell Moonkiss quick to help fund it and we go away on friday.

How much would you do XT off ebay? If roastedfox doesn't want it obviously.

5inthebackofthenet · 26/06/2010 20:36

You not using Skate anymore Bexie?

I was meant to be going out tonight, but friends all cancelled so I'm sitting with a nice glass of red and have bought some pimms and lemonade . Never had pimms before.

Divatheshopaholic · 26/06/2010 21:28

Thanks Geek, for looking
I went out with friend and bought Maxi dress Had children free afternoon

BexieID · 26/06/2010 22:17

5in, holiday buggy We're off to Thomasland on friday-monday, then monday-friday in Mablethorpe, so need something small t go in car. I even bought a bubble pop up travel cot as not sure normal one would fit plus we're stsying in a caravan at Mablethorpe at cots go in living room. Hoping pop up one will fit in the bedroom.

Skate, well I'm 75% sure I will sell it in August as i've still not used plum MB and I have to fold/unfold buggy 2-4 times a day and you have to adjust seat bit to fold down to fit in boot with parcel shelf on. MBs are alot less faff.

FMTD, can I join dibs queue for you Superlite . Don't want one till spring anyway .

BexieID · 26/06/2010 22:26

My spelling is bad, but I was feeding Erin!

Oh forgot to say she now weighs 14lb 2oz at 6 months, lol. Tom weighed 19lb 6oz at the same age.

carrielou2007 · 26/06/2010 22:47

Lol Bexie, ds was 14lb 1oz at 9 weeks The bubble travel cots are fab, I had one for dd used when she was 10 weeks and 4 months - don't think you can use in a caravan though as there is literally just enough space for 'walking legs' in caravans. When we went away at Easter ds slept in the bugaboo carrycot and it had to stay in the lounge with me at night but on the bed for naps in the day. How is she for rolling over at night, could you put it on one of the beds insted??

carrielou2007 · 26/06/2010 22:50

Diva I love those beach dresses you linked to, saw lots of children in them today at the beach, must be holiday makers though as here locals won't stretch the budget past Matalan

5inthebackofthenet · 26/06/2010 22:52

Oh she sounds tiny Bexie! DS1 was 14lbs when he had his 8 week check

If I had a spare pram I'd send you my quest to borrow.

Still not sold it, really want Maxys BJCM . Have had a few silly offers though on Ebay

Divatheshopaholic · 26/06/2010 23:00

Bexie, cant believe Erin is 6m, she should be ready for MB by August. Have a good time nextw eek.
Carrie, i only spent 21.99, then i went Dorothy perkins and found the same dress with different label for 36.99 pounds
Have seen some lovely dresses at Oasis, Warehouse, Butterfly by MWilliamson, and Monsoon from 55-100pounds.
Now i want to try Fit flops Seen also lovely chambray dress top in Peacocks, but size 14 was rather tight around the bust, i need to go and look at other shop for size 16.
