Are any of the othe p&ts models better for this? the dash seems to lay down furter wen the second seat is underneath, does this apply wen the seat is on top also?

The 2nd seat on the sport has a sort of recline (by unzipping at the sides) but as the 2nd seat is quite short it would depend on the height of your toddler.

I can't recline the toddler seat because of the metal frame, but my toddler is very tall. He can't get his head under the bar.
I have a sport or vibe.(I forget)

It will be better when underneath, I think.

I looked at them for when we were having DD3 and DD2 was too tall - the lady in the shop recommended we stuck the top of her head up through the wee window in the hood needless to say we didn't get one

watch when they're underneath too as they tend to use the wheels as arm rests, the basket becomes a foot rest and there is nowhere to put your bag

hmmm. my dd is only 16mnts at mo and is already tall. dizzydixes what did you get instead??

an easywalker duo and loved it. DD3 went in the carrycot and lay flat facing me , DD2 in the seat next to her couldn't get near her turned on a 10pence peace, great sized basket underneath and bright red in colour

DD was 19 months when DS was born. She was fine in the Sport although not particularly tall. The little ones are not in the carrycot for long so they won't have to be in that top seat for very long.
