Shade a babe vs Koo-Di Pack shade?

Anyone got experience of both of these and know which is best. The shade a babe is much more expensive and seems if you lie child flat they get sun in their eyes.

The Koo-Di Pack-It Stroller shade seems to work better from the reviews.

Anyone got experience?

I saw a Koo Di Pack-it shade on another pram at the weekend - it looked good - rather like the "shade-a-babe" because it has mesh that folds down and clips on the front of the footrest - so good for darkening for naps also.

I have the shade a babe - it's very good - esp with the zip down panel - but like you said - it is pricey. It also doesn't pack very small - the mesh is quite "hard" - the koo di stuff looks like softer fabric, so probably packs smaller.

THe shade a babe is probably more resistant to snags etc (if you go off-road) and is no doubt more durable being tougher fabric.

Important - you need to open the Shade a babe every time you stop as no air can circulate otherwise

thanks guys. think I will go with Koo Di pack it as we need light wt.

thanks for tip about unzipping it. I was wondering about the heat thing.

Errr - why can "no air circulate" - it's mesh - full of holes!!!
I know it's a good wind break also - but surely it's not "air tight".

I would think you'd get the same issue with the Koo Di Pack it too if that's the case.
