Help! Car seat stuck on pushchair

Hi, was just trying out the our new maxi-cosi pebble on the wheels of the quinny zap and now it is stuck fast. Has anyone else had this problem? How did you get it off? We used it with no problem for dd1 with the maxi-cosi cabriofix

are you pushing the buttons down far enough?

they weren't, car girl- it was the base. The issue has now been resolved.

hello, sorry to post and run. Turned out to be user error, we were pressing the wrong buttons entirely!!
