Wash P&T?

A delightful stray can managed to spray all over our P&T and now it stinks of cat pee.

I've taken it off the frame and washed it in warm water, but it still smells.

Any way of getting it in the washing machine?

It also has mildew on the straps - any tips for getting this out?

That's a stray cat btw. Apologies for fat fingers.

You can get some stuff in Pets at Home to spray on cat pee to get rid of the smell. Spray some of that on, then wash the seat again.

I managed to get the covers off and cram them in the washing machine but mines an E3. I had to use a screw driver and didn't wash it all at once. Helped with some mildew on the straps but spots still remain.All i can remember I'm afraid and now it's in the loft and I'm 8m pg so I can't look at it to tell you which bit I unscrewed.
