Buggy boards - will they work on a coach pram?

Title pretty much says it all. How do they work? Could I attach one to this?

The Baby Dan one would, however for the same money you could buy an Emmaljunga pram and seat where the seat actually screws into the chassis which would make it more secure than the strap on baby dan version.

The actual buggy board does work really well. I had one on mine. See the lascal website for details on where to fit.
