How to remove Mould Spots??

Buggy has black mould spots on,

have washed in the machine but no good.

You can kill the mold with bleach or it's probably already dead from the washing machine. I never got the spots off mine though.

I've scrubbed it all with liquid and a scrub brush and most has come out apart from on the straps, they are white.

i might try bleaching them.

Milton Fluid applied neat will get them off (it's anti-fungal) dab it on with a paintbrush and leave for a bit. You might need to repeat if they're bad. Then wash the covers. Dettol Mould and Mildew Remover is very good but I'm not sure I'd want to use it on anything baby-related certainly you would need to wash in the machine several times afterwards to remove all the chemicals.
