Hi girls, I need some advice please. I am looking for a double buggy, I have a 16 month old and another baby due in 3 weeks. I have spent hours researching and am still unsure of what to get. I finally got to see the Zoom tandem last week, loved it but it wouldn't fit in our boot (Honda Civic), was so disappointed as I had my heart set on it. Ideally I would like a stroller that could hold a carrycot which could face me, either a tandem or side by side and a seat in which my older child could face in or out. One ideally that will fit through most doorways Is that asking too much??? I know the "ideal" stroller is not out there but I am now at a loss as to what to get and time is running out. Oh I don't like the P&T's as I would prefer the baby to be in a carrycot for the first few months.
Any help/suggestions would be really appreciated. Thanks so much in advance, Helen.

How about the Baby Jogger city select ? It looks fab and seems to meet your criteria.
I haven't got one myself (have got a P&T classic twin side by side) but if this had been available at the time I had DC2, I would have got it like a shot !

My friend had her baby yesterday and has an icandy peach, I can ask her in a few days how she's getting on with it, but i think you'll need to order it quickly as there's a wait.

Hi StantonLacy, I had looked at that but as I live in Ireland I would like to see it before purchasing and there doesn't seem to be a distributor in Ireland. Thanks so much for getting back to me anyway.

I was in a similar position to you. I really wanted a rear facing, proper carrycot for baby. I was adament that I did not want a P&T! I got a First Wheels City Twin which I loved BUT it was quite big. We had to have a separate umbrella twin for in the car which I hated... I eventually relented and got a P&T and am actually quite liking it. Baby seems to like it too. I wouldn't admit it to DH but I think we should have got that originally when we had DS3 (hindsight is great, eh?!)
